Background

Administrative and Student Affair sector is a supportive work process and it is structurally organized in five Directorates in terms of given Services from the sector. That is Purchase, Sale and Property Administrative Directorate, Finance and Budget Administrative Directorate, Human Resource Development and Work Leadership Directorate, Technical and Facility Management Directorate and of Students Service Directorate. This structural organization was created in 2006 E.C.

The main objective of this sector is to support two core processes which conducts Education and Training; and Technology Multiplication and Transfer in order to contribute its parts in the processes of producing knowledgeable, skilled, ethically good conduct, self employed and competent agricultural Professional and transfer of problem Solver technologies for the community.

Main Activities

The following are main activities that the sector works with attention:

Providing students Services mainly food, shelter, health and sport entertainments
Designation Strategy regarding the government properties and wealth in situations that they used for appropriate service.
Designation Strategy that the government money spent for the target purpose to implement a package procurement system in order to purchase quality and standard inputs for the college mission Success.
Providing efficient financial services for the customers according to financial rule and regulation
Implementing Performance Evaluation System of work plan in Directorates and sections.
Carried out small and medium maintenance of buildings that can be done at college level and quickly identifying those can be maintained outside and design the way they get appropriate maintenance
Hiring Worker and Employment promotion on time according delegation provided for the College
Maintenance and Renovation of Vehicles on time and make ready for service
Telephone, electricity, water and other services will be appropriately ready for service.
